This die cut piece is made of a stainless steel sheet and is installed to the panel surface by using soft washer and rivet. In the other hand a small / large size Padlock eye is used depending on the height of the panel door / installation pattern for lockout purpose. Comes with rubber washer, nut and screw + right angled Padlock eye.
